In May, I visited 3D Lifestyle for lip fillers, and my experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. From the start, I felt rushed and dismissed. During the procedure, I was made to FaceTime with the doctor while my mouth was being numbed with lidocaine, making it difficult to speak or swallow. Despite my clear discomfort, I was initially denied water to rinse out the lidocaine from my mouth and Christina said that I was fine even though I was clearly quite distressed and uncomfortable. Even during my initial consultation, I felt my concerns weren’t taken seriously, as Christina seemed impatient when I asked questions.The operation of this clinic is highly confusing to the customer because the clinic is called 3D lifestyle and that's who I had originally booked and paid my deposit through. But I had my services done through Viva Skin Clinic and I didn't find out afterwards. After the procedure when it came time to pay, they didn't apply the deposit I had paid to book the appointment through 3D Lifestyle. After bringing it to their attention, they still had never returned the deposit back to me after a month of contacting them, even though they had asked for my email to E-transfer it back. As a result I had to dispute it with my credit card company to eventually get my deposit back.In terms of the procedure it was fine and the area had healed okay. My lips were lumpy but it evened out after a month and a half. Overall, my first cosmetic procedure experience at Viva Skin Clinic/3D Lifestyle was far from ideal, especially when it comes to reassuring the client and gaining their trust and I do hope they take steps to improve their customer service. Also, please take note of the reviews this clinic and Viva Skin Clinic has on Google, as you may notice many of the five star reviewers only have 1 to 5 reviews and it looks like they try to bury negative reviews with positive ones.
So I called this morning because I’m a client of Nadine . Apparently the place is under new mgmt with all new nurses and prices . The lady at the front desk was annoying and like to hear herself it seems. She wouldn’t allowed me to speak . Finally when I told her what I needed, she gave me this overpriced quote for such a small area and told me to find somewhere else to do it , without clear understanding of what I’m saying. I understand she have a heavy accent but a little active listening would have helped . That’s terrible customer service dear .
I’m not happy whit the service and now supposeI have to pay the member ship like for a year I’m no agree and the service it’s “so so “when you pay whit the wallet …and I don’t know why because it’s money right …. And it’s no the same

The best clinic in Toronto! I am a member of a 3D lifestyle and Viva skin clinic and very successful with service I’ve got. Stuff is very acknowledged and amazing, Christina and Julia are so professional and pay attention to a client. In this clinic you can always have best quality treatment, cup of coffee and friendly stuff. I will come back here again and again.
I had great experience in new locations! The new place is amazing and the staff are very knowledgeable. I got the best results I ever had. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Nadine is Amazing!! She's so caring respectful, friendly, Funny has greay attitude but most importantly She's very honest and she explains everything that shes doing, she takes her time and will answer all your questions! In the past, I've had "spocking" issues with my brows when I get botox on my full forehead and end up having to go back for a correction. I stopped in to 3D Lifestyle and had a chat with Nadine who made me feel comfortable with her experience and technique. For the first time in 2+ years I did my full forehead, crows feet and lip filler. Nadine's technique is in fact precise and I am very happy with the results. I did not have to go back for a correction, but I did stop by to give her praise for her incredible work. I trust Nadine with my face 100%. Highly recommended.
I have been twice for botox and will keep coming back. The staff is friendly and the treatment is well priced. I have been happy with how the botox has worked. I recommend getting the membership if you want to do multiple treatments.
I started laser hair removal for the first time here with Shanelle and Adriana. Both ladies were so kind and empathetic, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions, which I appreciate so much.The laser machine itself is great tech, I noticed a difference after my first session (prevented my usual breakouts after shaving and hair started falling out already, my skin was already feeling smoother the next day). I'm very excited to see final results.10/10 recommend
